It is a case and case in counter registered in F.I.R.No.567 of 2021 by the respondent police. The present petition is field to quash the complaint filed against these petitioners in Crime No.566 of 2021. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that it is a matter of case and case in counter. Since the police on completion of investigation found that cognizable offence is made out against the accused in both the cases, final report already filed in Crime No.566 of 2021. As far the Crime No.567 of 2021, the final report returned by the Registry of the Judicial Magistrate Court to rectify certain defect. Today, the Investigating Officer has represented the final report through e-filing. 3.

Taking note of the fact that it is a case and case in counter and in both the cases final report filed, it is open to the petitioner herein to seek redressal in the manner known to law after receipt of the final report copy along with the documents relied by the prosecution. 4.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

dismissed.
