in G.O. (Ms) No.204, Education Department, dated 04.03.1969 expeditiously as undertaken by the 2nd respondent in para 17 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent in W.P.Nos.7381 to7383 of 2016.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing on behalf the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petitions, the petitioner filed other writ petitions in W.P.Nos.17152 & 17156 of 2022.
2. In the above said writ petitions, this Court had passed an order directing the competent authorities to consider and dispose of the appeal, filed by the writ petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The respondents have yet to pass final orders on the appeal filed by the writ petitioner. 4/6
3. In view of the subsequent order passed by this Court in the writ petitions cited supra, no further adjudication is required and the petitioner is at liberty to raise all these grounds, if he is aggrieved from the order, if any passed pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.Nos.17152 & 17156 of 2022.
4. With the above liberty, these writ petitions stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
