Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in letter No.30921/E5/2012 dated 19.06.2013 and quash the same consequently directed the respondents to disburse the arrears from 01.01.1996 with all monetary benefits as per the G.O.Ms.No.162, Finance (Pay Scale) Department, dated 13.04.1998.

O R D E R
The order impugned dated 19.06.2013 reveals that the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the Government is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, the Division Bench order of this Court passed on 11.09.2017 is
unable to be implemented by the Department.
2. Under these circumstances, the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered after the disposal of the Special Leave Petition (SLP) now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
