O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to take all legal action against the 3rd respondent to ensure the immediate refund of the caution deposit collected by it from the former students of the college.

2. The petitioner states that the writ petition is filed to protect the interests of the students studied in the third respondent institution and he was not the student of the third respondent institution.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent made a submission that the third respondent institution is returning the caution deposit to the students, who studied in the college. Thus, the grievances of the students are being redressed by returning the caution deposit.

4. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he was not the student of the third respondent institution and therefore, he cannot maintain the writ petition at present.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
