This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in C.M.P.No.104 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, thereby dismissing the private complaint filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that there is no prima facie material to constitute any cognizable offence. Accordingly, the Trial Court, after conducting a detailed enquiry, dismissed the complaint.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in C.M.P.No.104 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
