The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that already the order of transfer has been implemented. He also submitted that based on the similar order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.17036 & 16135 of 2014, this Court granted interim direction thereby directing the respondents 1 & 2 to permit the petitioners to participate in the counseling to be held on 27.10.2015. Accordingly, the petitioners participated in the counseling and got transferred to their respective schools. Therefore, nothing survive in these writ petitions.

Recording the above submission, all the Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
