Challenging the letter dated 02.05.2013 issued by the second respondent and consequently, directing the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

give permission to start "Seithipuyal Newspaper" to the petitioner, the present writ petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
