AND R.PONGIAPPAN,J Civil Miscellaneous Petition No. 14565 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 265 days in filing the Review application against the order dated 04.09.2018 in W.A.No.1139 of 2018.

2. Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.14554 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in filing the Review application against the order dated 04.09.2018 in W.A.No.1152 of 2018.

3. Heard Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.G.Krishna Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents in both CMPs.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and also there is no objection in allowing the petitions by other side, the Civil Miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
