In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the order dated 06.07.2022 in W.P.

No. 27968 of 2017 is set aside and the writ petition is restored on condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 16.09.2022, failing which, the order stands cancelled automatically.
