These Clarification petitions have been filed by the respondents to enable the competent authority to conduct enquiry in respect of selection of the appointment of Village Assistants. This Court by order dated 14.07.2022 given liberty to the second respondent / District Collector to conduct detailed enquiry on the respective Tahsildars for the said allegations and take appropriate decision.

2. The said Clarification petitions filed by the respondents to conduct enquiry in respect of selection process of appointment of Village Assistants by issuing due notice to all the writ petitioners is irrespective of the order passed by this Court. This Court has not given any directions in manner of the conduct of enquiry, this Court has given liberty to the second respondent / District Collector to conduct the enquiry on the appointment of writ petitioners, as alleged by the second respondent, that the appointments made by the Tahsildars are contrary to the procedures and the Rules.

3. Therefore, there is no such clarification is required in the present Clarification petitions.
