Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5, 6 and 7 to defreeze their accounts in DBS Bank vide A/c.No.0195301000015420, South Indian Bank Limited has two account viz. (1)A/c. No.4445073000002220 in the name of Poornesh (2) A/c.4445073000002216 in the name of account is Jeevanantham and ICICI Bank vide A/c.No.001601572504 respectively forthwith on the basis of their representation dated 14.06.2023. 2/4

The petitioners' complain that their bank accounts were frozen and for long, they were kept in dark about it. They later realized that at the instance of DB Marg Police Station, Mumbai they were frozen. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the Reserve Bank of India, the first respondent has responded to his complaint and suggested to him to approach the Banking Ombudsman for redressal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions also submitted that his clients would be approaching the Banking Ombudsman. 4.In view of this development, nothing survives for consideration. 5.The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
