The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurandhagam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.96 of 2019.

In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
