Deivathal v. The State Rep By
Crl.OP.No.16040 of 2023 Crl.OP.No.16040 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J.
This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioners/accused on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.1867 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, Dharapuram Police Station. 2.When this matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2626 of 2021. However, they have not complied with the conditions imposed. In this petition, it is claimed that this is the first anticipatory bail petition. When the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, the claim that this is the first anticipatory bail petition is not correct.
3.In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 24.07.2023 ep 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
