ORDER

Heard both sides.

According to the petitioner, the FMB records and his patta do not correspond to each other. The petitioner's specific grievance is that the FMB records are erroneous and therefore, he wants the same to be corrected. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted an application. 3.

The third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in the matter and give a proper disposal to the writ petitioner's application, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All interested person shall be put on notice before passing final orders.
