Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Original in C.No.IV/16/189/2013-STA/CES - Order in Original No.7/2014-ST/VCES dated 12.03.2014, passed by the Third Respondent and to quash the same and consequently, direct the Third Respondent herein to accept the declaration dated 23.12.2013 filed under Voluntary compliance Encouragement scheme, 2013.

(through video conference) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo dated 10.12.2020, which reads as follows:- "The above said Writ Petition was filed challenging the Order-in-Original in C.No.IV/16/189/2013-ST/VCES-Order-in-Original No.7/214-ST/VCES dated 12.03.2014 passed by the Third Respondent. Since, the Petitioner has filed an application under Sabka Vishwas [Legacy Dispute Resolution] Scheme, 2019 and the same has been accepted. The Petitioner has instructed to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

Therefore, it is prayed before this Hon'ble Court to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition No.14773/2014."

The said memo is placed on record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
