Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.12009 & 12012 of 2021 on 13.07.2021 i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. (CRL.M.P.No.10664 & 12009/2021 AND CRL.O.P.No.12009 & 12012/2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.12009 and 12012 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(aaa) of TNP Act and Section 6(a) r/w 24(1) of COTPA Act in Crime No.578 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered.
