2. In the 2nd line of paragraph No.3, the word suit has to be substituted with the words "writ petition".

Likewise, in the 8th line of paragraph 7, the petitioner has to be substituted with the 8th respondent.

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 10.12.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the parties.
