Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.05.2026 and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner's minor daughter namely Minor S.B.Rishika Ojal to continue her education in the 3rd respondent school without any discrimination, coercion or harassment and further direct the 1/4

ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The third respondent is directed to issue the Transfer Certificate in favour of the petitioner's minor child so that the minor child can join in any other institution. This shall be done immediately.
3. This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
