ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.2.2022 passed in W.P.No.2745 of 2022, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the amounts payable to the petitioner has been paid and the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that still some amounts are payable to the petitioner.

4. If any amount still remains to be paid to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate authority.

With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
