The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 I.P.C, in Crime No.182 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused had attacked the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that, due to previous enmity, false complaint has been lodged and hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners ie, there are three previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
