W.M.P.No.19345 of 2024 in W.P.No.4002 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to receive the additional documents. Totally, 38 number of documents are sought to be filed as additional documents. The affidavit that is filed in support of the above petition is bereft of any reasons as to why these documents, all which are prior to the order in I.D.No.18 of 2009 had not been filed into the Court. The affidavit also does not spell out that these documents were not available with the petitioner when the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Puducherry, was considering the application. 2.

This Court is at loss to understand as to why these documents have not been filed before the Trial Court, when the contents of many of these documents find mention in the additional counter that has been filed by the petitioner before the Labour Court in the year 2012 itself and the petition for receiving additional documents cannot be accepted as a matter of right particularly, when the writ petition is filed against the order of the Labour Court which has been passed as early as in the year 2013 and the petitioner has come forward with the impugned petition only 11 years later. Therefore, I see no reason to entertain the said petition and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
