ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd and 4th respondents to settle the death benefit of her husband by name Kuppan as well as other actionable claims, if any, to the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the benefits accrued on the death of her husband were given to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
