The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 28.01.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.879 of 2009 on the file of the learned II Additional Sub Judge,Villupuram.

2. Since the petition is to accept the cause title in the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.14748 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
