This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.The fourth respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 28 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. vkr 17.02.2020 NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
