..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the third respondent in Na.Ka.9364/Ni7/2019, dated 21.08.2019 and to quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the medical negligence caused by officers of third respondent to the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court.
