This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order passed in C.C.No.457 of 2022 under Section 498A and 323 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, pending on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai pending disposal of the above quash petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the order passed in C.C.No.457 of 2022 on the file of the XXIII 2/4
