This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2020 and pass orders in accordance to law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for correction of the measurements in the subject property and to make a consequential change in the revenue records.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry on 07.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
