This Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 6 & 7 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent in the above second appeal as respondents 6 & 7 in the above second appeal.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
