ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24589 of 2023, thereby directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2022 & 19.04.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed order dated 19.07.2024, thereby sanctioned interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits to the petitioner. She also produced a copy of the order dated 19.07.2024 before this Court.
