This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 21.12.2023 in W.P. No. 8088 of 2019.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of the Court is complied with and all retirement benefits, for which, the petitioner is entitled are released vide proceedings dated 04.09.2024. Learned counsel also placed the proceedings dated 04.09.2024 before this Court and it is placed on record.

3. In view of the fact that, all the retirement benefits are released to the petitioner, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case.
