O R D E R

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board, had produced a copy of the receipt of the payment of Rs.4,62,837/-, credited to the account of the petitioner herein and claimed to be full payment of the entire dues. In view of the payment made, the disobedience alleged, may not be termed to be willful in nature.
