This petition has been filed to modify the condition of depositing original title deed not less than Rs.1,00,00,000/- and to extend the time to comply with the said condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12222 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed stands in the name of the petitioner or friends or relatives valued not less than Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs only) along with the property valuation certificate from the authority concerned, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner in CMP.No.57 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, (FAC), Salem in crime No.19 of 2019 shall stand automatically cancelled. 06.01.2021 lok Note: Issue order copy on 06.01.2021 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
