Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned staff-fixation for the year 2022-2023, dated 19.01.2023, in Na.Ka.No.2813/A3/2022 and consequential order dated 14.06.2023 in Na.Ka.No.2813/A3/2022 in respect of the petitioner school, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to comply with the directions issued by the Hon'ble division Bench regarding staff-fixation deployment and compendium of schedule, by its order dated 31.03.2021 in W.A.(MD) No.76 of 2019 as applicable to the petitioner corporate minority school and pass orders.
