Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner has moved this Court with an innocuous prayer. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he only wants the authority to consider his representation dated 09.05.2026. But the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 11th respondent states that the writ petitioner is none other than the 11th respondent's brother and that the petitioner has already instituted number of civil disputes against the 11th respondent. 3.A careful reading of the materials on record as well as the affidavit averments discloses that what is essentially a civil dispute with the 11th respondent is sought to be given colour of public law element. I am not inclined to grant relief. The petitioner will have to workout his remedies elsewhere. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 20-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-speaking order GSA
