ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.600 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30151 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 concerned the petitioner shall report before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Taluk Police Station, Thirupathur District every First Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
