The writ petition has been filed against the demand of the Electricity board to pay Additional Current Consumption deposit for the year 2014 - 2015.
2. This Court granted interim order on the condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-. Admittedly, the Additional Current Consumption deposits were revised annually and by this time it has been revised more than 6 to 7 times. Therefore, nothing survives for the adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
