2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner inin Crl.M.P.No.334 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28071 of 2024 on 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
