This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 164 days in representing the C.R.P.SR.No.146327 of 2022.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 164 days in representing the above C.R.P, is condoned with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- to the Womens Lawyer Association, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
