This application has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in A.No.4898 of 2021 for making payment to the respondent by a period of six months.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has already paid a sum of Rs.89,60,000/- and balance of Rs.2,68,80,000/- to be repaid. Though this Court had granted ten weeks time, it is submitted that the applicant has not been able to arrange entire funds in view of the ill-health of the applicant who was confined to bed for most of the period of ten weeks. He therefore seeks for extension of time by six months for settling the amount due and payable to the respondent Trust.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the six months time is inordinate and a shorter period can be granted or some conditions to be imposed so that atleast payments are being made once in two months. 4.Considering the argument made by the learned counsel on either side, this application is ordered and the applicant is granted further time, namely six months to pay the entire balance which shall be settled in three installments, namely Rs.89,60,000/- once in every two months starting from today.
