(R2 impleaded vide order of Court dated 17.11.2021 made in W.M.P. 34030/2017) Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in AaTiMu.No. 6513/ U/ 2011, dated 17.11.2011 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and unconstitutional and further direct the respondent to register the document dated 19.11.1999. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen from the prayer that the relief sought for with regard to registration of the documents relates to the year 1989, but the petitioner filed the present writ petition after a period of almost fifteen years. In the considered view of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition due to passage of very many years.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
