Crl.M.P.No.891 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.14457 of 2012 K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner to permit the petitioner / Accused No.15 to apply for issuance of a new passport booklet with the Regional Passport Authority in Crl.O.P.No.14457 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is permitted to apply a new passport booklet and the Regional Passport Authority is also directed to issue a fresh booklet to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered accordingly.
