Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order in Ref No.C110/21851/2018, dated 02.04.2018 of the third respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay the salary as being paid as on date with Seventh Pay Commission benefits from the due date.

Isaac Chambers COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.P.Kavitha, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.Isaac Mohan Lal the learned Senior Counsel representing M/s. Isaac Chambers, the learned counsel for the respondent/University.

Since the issue involved in these Writ Petitions and the relief sought for thereunder is one and the same, they have been taken up together and disposed of vide this common order, with consent of the learned counsels on either side even at the stage of its admission.

It appears that the petitioners have challenged the impugned orders/notices of the respondent/Anna Malai University. 4.
At the threshold, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent/University submits that in respect of an identical issue, batch of Writ Petitions were been filed, viz., in W.P.Nos.13873 to 13876 of 2018, wherein, the respondent/University has filed an affidavit, indicating that the impugned notice would be withdrawn, and as such, be treated as withdrawn and considering the same, this Court having closed those cases, as there exists no cause of action, the notice impugned herein can also absolutely be treated as withdrawn. 5.
In view of such submission, nothing survives in these Writ Petition for any adjudication, and as such, the same stand closed, and shall be guided by an order passed in the aforesaid batch. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Insofar as Dispense With Petitions are concerned, the same are allowed and the Petitions for stay are concerned, the same are closed.
