This application is filed to condone the delay of 280 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused in the above O.P.No.513 of 2023 due to the death of 2nd respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in affidavit, the delay of 280 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement due to the death of 2nd respondent is condoned.
