O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the first respondent to take necessary action in accordance with law for the non-functioning of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), which is stated to be even the current position. The protection afforded to the petitioner vide the order dated 08.03.2010 restraining the second respondent, its agents and servants from draining the sullage water into the public property and other property, in respect of the land in S.No.106/2, Kolapakkam Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram Taluk, would continue to operate as a final direction in the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
