Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue the 'No Objection Certificate' to the second respondent, consequently direct the second respondent to release the documents pertains to loan proceedings B2/61314/1997 dated 09.09.1998 on the file of the second respondent herein based on petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2014 and direct the first respondent to pay Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as a compensation for causing delay to the petitioner.
