This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8571 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 with regard to the condition imposed therein to execute a bond for a sum of 1/4

Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh Only) with two sureties, where one shall be from the local surety and one shall be blood related surety.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in para 4(a) of Crl.O.P.No.8571 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 is modified as follows:

(a) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions remain unaltered.
