2. This criminal original petition was closed by this Court by an order dated 20.07.2022 by recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram. However, today, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in Crime No.282 of 2011 is still pending and it will be competed within a period of three months.

3. Considering the above submission, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order dated 20.07.2022 shall stands substituted as follows; " 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in Crime No.282 of 2011 is still pending and it will be completed within a period of three months.

3. Considering the above submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file finale report within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17683 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy. 23.11.2022 ata
