Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to implement the order made in Case No. SA.3246/Enquiry/B/2016 dated 01.06.2017 passed by the State Information Commission/Third Respondent herein with regard to the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the Sixth Respondent for the failure to furnish the information under the RTI Act to the Petitioner.

O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by order dated 15.09.2022 in W.P. No. 16691 of 2017 passed by the Court, the directions issued by the Third Respondent in the order dated 01.06.2017 in Case No. SA.3246/Enquiry/B/2016, which is sought to be implemented in this Writ Petition, has been set aside and the matter has been remitted back to the Third Respondent for fresh consideration. In such circumstances, the relief sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has made an 2/4

endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
