Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to transfer the case on the file of Salem District Crime Branch, registered on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in Cr.No.30 of 2008 u/s.468, 471, 420 r/w.120(B) IPC pending with the CBCID Unit, Salem, to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation for investigation so as to bring the culprits to book for appropriate legal action against them.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to transfer the case on the file of Salem District Crime Branch, registered on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in Cr.No.30 of 2008 u/s.468, 471, 420 r/w.120(B) IPC pending with the CBCID Unit, Salem, to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation for investigation so as to bring the culprits to book for appropriate legal action against them.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has already been transferred to the CBI and on completion of the investigation, a final report was also been filed and presently the case is at the stage of trial.
3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
