Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.28905 of 2011 dated 17.07.2012 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the rejection order passed by the respondent in Letter No.26222/Ni.A.3(1)/2011-9 dated 15.11.2012 has also been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ challenged as directed by this Court in W.A.No.723 of 2013

on 18.07.2014 and hence nothing survives in this contempt petition.
